Fantastic customer experience!

Alaska at its Best!

The cruise with Holland America on the Neu Amsterdam was stunning - a great way to explore the Northwest passage. Great crew, great excursions and best possible views. Food on board was always well presented and served. Excursions were expensive but good value for 'once in a lifetime' opportunities.

Transatlantic on the Queen Mary II

I have travelled Transatlantic both ways between Southampton and New York City. Jetlinecruise made all the arrangements, Ship, Hotel, Transfers. Each time it was done easily over the phone with the Jetline Representative tailor-making the trips to my needs. It was very easy to print off my paperwork online and I found the whole process to be efficient, and would recommend Jetlinecruise. The overall price each time was much cheaper than booking with Cunard direct, also cheaper than the high street travel agents Thomson, and Thomas Cook. If I book another Cruise Jetlinecruise will be my first call.

New York westbound crossing- excellent value for money

We had a fabulous transatlantic crossing on QM2 and 3 nights in New York. The total package was sorted by Jetline Cruise at great rates. The hotel was just off Times Square and flight back with United Airlines. No hassle re bookings and good customer service when we had a query. Very highly recommended! Will definitely use jetline again.

I dealt with Danny who I found very informative very helpful ,very knowledgeable about many places.i have booked through this company before and always dealt with Danny. not all the assistants are as professional as I was given some wrong info.regarding my last holiday, Which could have caused big problems had I not contacted the airline carriers. Danny was unavailable.

Excellent service

Rang Jetlinecruise to book a cruise & was put through to an agent without delay. The full holiday was booked within a short space of time. I rang again on two occasions regarding minor details & again my questions were answered straight away. Whilst on an outing to London I made a trip out to High Barnet to visit the office. Unfortunately due to engineering on the Underground & having a train to catch home my visit only lasted 10 minutes, but the 2 ladies I briefly talked to there were also very helpful. The subsequent holiday went smoothly (literally!) & we had an enjoyable stress free time. I would recommend Jetlinecruise to anybody.

Amazing customer service from Warren

Right from my first contact with Warren - he was polite, helpful, not pushy and most of all, he was patient! There were eight of us who booked with him and for each couple, he took his time to explain it all, offered us choices and was friendly and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend this cruise company - good value, supportive staff and with people like Warren on the team, the company provides you with the trust and confidence you need in arranging your cruise.

How Helpful We Found Jetline Cruises

Information He Gave Was Invaluable

Just thought I'd give you some feedback on the recent Jetline Cruise holiday I've just had. I have to say that the holiday was one of the best we've ever had! When we booked it last summer, the agent I spoke to, Richard, was extremely helpful. Everything he said would happen, did happen and the advice and information he gave was invaluable. He was very knowledgable about the hotels we'd be staying in, and was even able to guide us to the hotels that were right for us. I was quite dubious whether everything would run to plan, as we had planes trains and cruise ships to catch! But I need not have worried, everything ran to clockwork. It was extremely good value for money too. When I have outlined the holiday itinerary to people, they can't believe how much we paid. I have given your details out to several of my work colleagues who are quite keen to try a good value holiday with a twist! Thank you so much again for all the help and information you have given us.

East to West Coast

We have been back off our holiday 1 month and still we can't believe what an experience we have had, a big thankyou to all. Our journey started with a flight from Manchester to Chicago, here we stayed for two days staying at the Holiday Inn, our room over looked the Financial District and at night it was like looking at Manhattan with all the skyscrapers lights on. Next we travelled on a Amtrak train, East to West coast, travelling through six states to include field upon field for hundreds of miles of corn in Illiois and Iowa, Colorado with the Rockies,travelling through here with scenery strait out of a cowboy movie, mountains and rapids, Salt Lake city with miles and miles of salt, it looked like something on a Xmas card, then in the distance you can see a mountain, this is the start of the Nevada mountains, we were thinking the train is going around it, no,over it, the train snakes its way up the mountain when we get to the top Wow what a view, then its a slow ride down again passing rapids, campsites, with some of the campers mooning at the train, passing lake Tahoe,then slowly making our way to San Francisco. Would we go on the train again! well there are two things against it, firstly we were told that freight comes before passenger, as in a lot of places there is single track lines we had to pull over into a siding to let freight trains pass, now some of these trains are nearly a mile long, so these delays added to the journey, secondly the roomette, its 6ft-6in long,3ft-6ins wide, and about 6ft-8ins high, its ok for two in the daytime but at night its very tight, after saying all this yes we will travel on the train again but it wll be in a proper bedroom compartment. San Francisco was a pleasent city and our hotel was situated a block away from Union Square in the middle of the city, we had a bus tour and walked around Fishermans Wharf, this was where we got the cruise from, we sailed on the Sea Princess passed Alcatraz,under the Golden Gate Bridge and out to sea. Sailing to Juneau, this is the capital of Alaska, the next day we sailed to Glacier Bay, this experience of actually seeing a glacier was amazing, it was 1 mile long and 200ft high every couple of minutes you would here a crack and a large chunk of ice would crash into the sea,we then sailed to Haines, Ketchican and Victoria in Canada then back to San Francisco for our flight home. We have had an amazing time, but there is one thing we cannot work out and this is the price, I priced everything on my own and it came out to be nearly double your price, so thankyou. A Big Big thankyou to all at Jetline for making our holiday run so smoothly.
